Yes. All of our products are carefully made with natural and organic ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers. We avoid harmful chemicals like parabens, sulfates, silicones, and synthetic fragrances. Each formulation is designed to nourish your skin while staying safe and gentle.

Our skincare is created with gentle, plant-based ingredients that are generally suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Since everyone’s skin is unique, we recommend doing a small patch test before applying any product to your face or body, especially if you have allergies or highly sensitive skin.

No. Roots and Muds is a cruelty-free brand. We never test our products on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do. Our goal is to provide ethical skincare that respects both nature and living beings.

Usage & Storage

Most Roots and Muds products stay fresh for 6–12 months after opening. To get the best results, we encourage you to use them within this period. You’ll also find a small “open jar” symbol on our packaging that indicates the recommended usage time once the product is opened.

Only when absolutely necessary. Some natural formulations require safe, naturally derived preservatives to prevent bacterial growth and ensure product safety. We use them only in minimal amounts, and they are approved for use in clean, natural skincare.

Keep your skincare in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Always make sure lids and caps are tightly closed after use to maintain freshness. If stored properly, your products will remain effective for their full shelf life.

Orders & Shipping

No. We currently ship within the UAE. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
